1.How to buy?

Orders can be registered on the Site at any time, being then processed in the order of their registration.

To place an Order, it is necessary to create an account on the Site by accessing the Log in section where you can either log in if you already have an existing account or create a new account.

Select the desired Product or Service then press the "Add to cart" button, it will then appear in the shopping cart. Then you can either continue your shopping by adding

other Products or Services to the basket, or complete the order by pressing the "Complete order" button

It is important to then correctly fill in the delivery address, the billing data, choose the payment method and the delivery method, then press the "Complete order" button

After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your order.

2.How to pay?

a) Payment by payment order (OP)

Payment by payment order is made exclusively on the basis of the proforma invoice issued by our company and following the telephone confirmation of the order.

Please contact us by phone to check stock availability before making the bank transaction!

The payment will be made to the bank account specified on the proforma and specifying the number and date of the proforma invoice in the comments.

b) Cash on delivery payment

Cash payment is paid in full in RON (RON) upon receipt of the package by the courier who makes the delivery. The courier is obliged to issue you a receipt for the amount collected.
