Service and Warranty

The products purchased from our store benefit from a 12, 24 or 36 month warranty, as the case may be.

According to the legislation in force, we offer for the purchased products the legal guarantee of conformity.

The warranty period runs from the date of issue of the invoice.

In case of defect of the product in normal conditions of use, the customer benefits, in case of repair or replacement, within a maximum of 15 workers from

the receipt of the defective product.

Service referral procedure

To send the product to the Service, please fill in the Service Form and send it to us by e-mail at office@frosbergdigital.ro or you can send us an e-mail

at the same address where you specify: name, first name, telephone number, order number, purchase invoice, product name and claimed defect.

After completing and sending the form, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with a registration number and the address of the

authorized Service. Do not send packages with products without a registration number written on the package or on the AWB on the package.

The product sent to the Service must be accompanied by:

-certificate de garantie in original

-copy of the tax invoice

-completed service form

-original accessories of the product

-original packaging or other packaging corresponding to safe transport

We reserve the right to refuse products that have damaged or incomplete packaging, show signs of wear or mechanical shock, electric shock, contact

with liquid, scratches, bumps, missing accessories or missing warranty certificate.

The partial or total lack of the product series entails the loss of the warranty.
