Return policy
According to the legislation in force GO 34/2014 updated, the right of withdrawal applies only to natural person clients!
FROSBERG DIGITAL offers the possibility of returning purchased products within 14 days of entering physical possession of the product, under the following conditions:
- the product must be returned in the same state and condition in which it was delivered
- according to the updated law 249/2015, in order to fulfill the objectives of art. 14, the product is returned only in the original packaging and the cost of transport falls
to the customer.
Return procedure
To return the products, please complete the Return Form and send it to us by e-mail at office@frosbergdigital.ro or you can send us a written request to the same
address, with the following details: name, surname, no.
telephone, e-mail, number and date of the purchase invoice, name of the product, reason for return, request for product replacement or refund, IBAN and bank account.

After completing and sending the form, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with a registration number and return address. Do not send packages with
products without a registration number written
on the package or on the AWB on the package. We reserve the right to refuse the returned product if the packaging is damaged or incomplete, if the product shows
traces of mechanical shocks, contact with liquid,
traces of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories or missing warranty certificates.
If the products show damage, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, accessories absent, FROSBERG DIGITAL reserves the right to withhold an amount from
its value, after assessing the damage.
The return of the products is made with the same fast courier company with which the delivery was made and there must be a copy of the purchase invoice in the
package.
The value of the returned products will be reimbursed, by bank transfer, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return.
Exceptions to the return
- products that show traces of mechanical shocks, contact with liquid, knocks, scratches, physical changes, etc.
- the products that are not in stock in the usual way and are brought on special order with advance payment
- software licenses and products that have a software license.
-products that are part of the consumables category: cables, connectors, plugs, batteries, etc.
